Note:
- The premium host account will be stopped when the main premium account on the website has expired.
- The premium host account is usually the same email as the main premium account on the site. The password is a random sequence of characters (set by us), it is not recommended for contacts to set a custom password pattern (for security reasons).
- If you have renewed your main account but the premium host account has not been reopened, please wait patiently. We will manually check transactions and account renewals, however this is manual and takes time to process.
